At xenoncard, we strive to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and rates.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume seasons or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Within our main hub/city): 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Other cities/provinces): 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
🚚 Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders above a specific amount (e.g., Orders over 300 SAR / $80 USD). This will automatically apply at checkout.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to tracking portal.

You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

xenoncard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, customs duties, etc.) according to your local country's regulations.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items

We take extreme care in packaging our perfume bottles with protective layers to avoid leakage or breakage.

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes a valid mobile number.

xenoncard is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping
